Manufacturing Engineer
Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you'll optimize manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality component production. This full-time role in Harwood Heights, IL, involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in production. A solid understanding of CNC machining and engineering principles is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for both new and existing products.
- Design and implement fixtures and tooling to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Conduct process validation and implement quality control measures.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in CNC machining and understanding of secondary processes.
- Experience with CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
Compensation:
Pay Range:$86,000 -$129,000 Per Year
