Financial Analyst
Support commercial real estate investment activities across financial modeling, underwriting, acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain financial models
- Underwrite and evaluate real estate investment opportunities
- Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis
- Support due diligence, transactions, and deal closings
- Prepare Investment Committee and investor presentation materials
- Research investment strategies and market opportunities
- Assist with fundraising and related analysis
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals and other teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint; ARGUS experience preferred
- Commercial real estate, investment banking, and/or private equity experience is a plus
