Forklift Operator (Transporter) – Warehouse / Food Manufacturing Niles, IL | $22.00/hr | Full-Time | 3rd Shift Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Forklift Operators (Transporters) for a food manufacturing facility in Niles, IL. This is a great opportunity for dependable, safety-focused individuals with forklift experience who are looking for steady, full-time employment with weekly pay and a supportive work environment.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Pay Frequency:
Weekly

Shift: 3rd Shift What You'll Do:

Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas

Pick and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy

Perform receiving, put-away, and inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse systems

Conduct cycle counts, validate inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records

Support production by supplying materials and moving pallets as needed

Inspect forklifts daily and perform basic equipment checks

Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and report any product damage

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety standards

Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous forklift experience required

Warehouse or food manufacturing experience preferred

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties

Willingness to work weekends and mandatory overtime when needed

Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits:
