Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met, supporting and coaching team members, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

• Wage Range: $26 – $27 / hour depending on experience

  930 West 16th Street, Hastings, MN 55033 (near Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin)

• Supervision over both housekeepers and laundry aides
• Order inventories of linens, supplies and chemicals and all supplies for facility cleaning
• Assigns and schedules housekeepers
• Assist in cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal
• Perform additional tasks as needed

• 1‑year experience in housekeeping and a healthcare setting required
• Supervisory/Management experience preferred
• Ability to work a consistent schedule
• Enjoys working independently and as a team player
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff
