Maintenance Technician
Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician forour property at Heritage Manor
, in Hastings, NE.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.
Qualifications- 3+ years of Maintenance Experience
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.
- HVAC Certified
- Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
Compensation* : $22-24
* Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
