Brookestone View is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play an important role in our daily operations by helping maintain the building, grounds, equipment, and overall environment for our residents and team members. Your work directly contributes to the comfort, safety, and quality of life of those we serve.

Qualified candidates will:

• Have practical maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to assist with transportation needs
• Demonstrate strong personal integrity and professionalism
• Have a caring, positive attitude toward residents and coworkers
• Be self‑motivated and able to complete tasks efficiently and independently
• Take pride in providing excellent service and maintaining a high‑quality environment
