What you’ll ownAs an Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technologist, you will be the on‑site steward of uptime at our Hauppauge, NY facility, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

Reliability stewardship

Plan and execute preventive/corrective maintenance to maximize reliability, availability, and efficiency.

Continuously improve maintenance programs, implement process improvements, and recommend equipment upgrades.

Maintain a strategic spare parts inventory and procure replacements proactively.

Equipment mastery

Service and repair a broad range of systems: boilers, air compressors, air handlers, chillers, pumps/motors, HVAC units, waste treatment systems, RO/DI systems, and electrical/lighting.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues across wiring, components, and controls.

Facility care and partner management

Inspect building and grounds as well as facilities and life‑safety equipment; coordinate and close corrective work.

Schedule and supervise external service vendors conducting on‑site maintenance.

What you’ll bring5+ years’ experience in facilities or maintenance.

Strong mechanical aptitude: identify faults, repair moving components, and deliver PMs across building systems.

Proven electrical troubleshooting capability.

Physical/work conditions

Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; frequent hand use; climbing, bending, stooping.

High School Diploma.

Dependable attendance; able to work overtime on short notice and respond to after‑hours emergencies.

Safety first—always comply with company HSE policies and procedures.

Compensation, benefits, and flexibility

Salary range: $72,000 – $93,000 (may change over time) plus eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.
