ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensures proper cleanliness and general good order of the grounds and the building by following established shift routines.
- Requests additional supplies as necessary.
- Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment according to established schedules as directed.
- Assists with monthly fire drills generator tests and service of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
- Conduct daily preventive maintenance in assigned areas.
- Performs other related duties and attends meetings as may be deemed necessary by Supervisor / Administrator and or Director.
