• Job Title: PDR Specialist
• Reports to: Service Manager
• FLSA Status: Non-exempt
• Division: HPC
• Department: Service

• Under the direction of the Service Manager, monitor, coordinate, and perform duties related to the rental and sales inventory.
• Maintain trucks and equipment; clean and pressure wash trucks and equipment; perform minor repairs and basic preventative maintenance for all manufacturers.
• Maintain the rental yard and demonstrate trucks and equipment.
• Wash, fuel, and perform basic preventative maintenance per manufacturer specifications (240hr or first service only).
• Perform minor repairs including electrical, chassis, and engine components as described; all major repairs are conducted in the main repair shop.
• Demonstrate the safe and proper use of all trucks and equipment to customers.
• Report to and assist the Service Manager.
• Complete all other duties as requested.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Must have PC skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Must be forklift certified or able to be certified within 60 days.
• Must have some operational and mechanical knowledge of rental trucks and equipment.
• Must be able to work with internal and external customers in a courteous and diplomatic manner.

• Walking, standing, bending, and kneeling; ability to operate equipment and hand/power tools.
• Lift up to 60 lbs daily; exposure to uneven terrain.
• Reaching, stooping, climbing in/out of equipment, and working in varied positions.
• Vision, hearing, and communication requirements for safe operations and customer interactions.

• Noise in work areas; outdoor and shop environments with temperature variations.
• Exposure to odors, fumes, and harsh substances.
