In addition to performing routine cleaning tasks:
Responsibilities- Repairing and/or replacing venetian blinds and cords, light switches, door locks and faucet washers.
- Carries and moves heavy and bulky furniture.
- Cleans places and equipment that are not easily accessible.
- May occasionally instruct or oversee the work of others.
