Travel + Leisure - 78-128 Ehukai Street - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision;
Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry);
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units;
Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry);
Clean and maintain outside landscape and trash removal
