Duties SummarySupervises and participates in keeping assigned buildings and building areas clean and orderly, including heavy lifting, cleaning places and equipment which are not easily accessible, simple building repair work and operating industrial type cleaning equipment; and performs other related duties as assigned.

: TWO (2) YEARS of janitorial or related custodial work such as sweeping, dusting and cleaning of buildings. - Supervisory Aptitude
:
Applicants must possess supervisory aptitude. Supervisory aptitude is demonstrated through successful completion of regular or special assignments that involve some supervisory responsibilities, such as serving as a group or team leader, or through completion of training courses in supervision coupled with application of supervisory skills. Favorable appraisals by a supervisor may also indicate possession of supervisory potential. - Driver's License

Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. The immediate vacancy has this requirement. - Federal Criminal History Records Check
