Custodian – Full-Time

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours Per Week: 40
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas: restrooms, shower, sauna, fitness/weight room, office, lobby, laundry, elevator, trash room, stairwell, walkway, and other areas.
• Perform sweeping, dusting, mopping, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash bags, and replacing liners.
• Clean elevators, spill areas, and ensure proper trash disposal.
• Restock supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.
• Wipe and sanitize handrails, doors, walls, and fire extinguisher cabinets.
• Use buffer-scrubbing machine in high-traffic areas and leaf blower for outdoor areas.
• General cleaning and grounds: clean and sanitize chairs, tables, benches, gates, pillars, sweep debris from outdoor areas, maintain picnic spaces, clean desks, cabinets, service windows, and entry doors.
• Clean, scrub, and disinfect toilets, urinals, basins, showers, stalls, partitions, mirrors, and shower curtains.
• Perform any other duties assigned by HBM management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Successful completion of HBM prescreen check.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic manual labor: clean, press, lift, push, pull, carry minimum 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs), reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, walk stairs, and use ladders.
