Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours per week: 40
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

• Effective communication skills and understanding of English
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas within the facility: restrooms, shower, sauna, fitness‑weight room, office, lobby, laundry, elevator, trash room, stairwell, walkway, and other areas
• Perform sweeping, dusting, mopping, wiping down areas, emptying trash to designated areas and replacing with trash‑bag liners, cleaning elevators, and cleaning spills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Restock supplies as needed: paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies
• Empty trash and ensure cleanliness in all designated areas
• Wipe and sanitize handrails, doors, walls, and fire extinguisher cabinets
• Use a buffer‑scrubbing machine in high‑traffic areas
• Use a leaf blower for outdoor areas
• General cleaning & grounds: clean and sanitize chairs, tables, benches, gates, and pillars
• Sweep debris from outdoor areas and maintain picnic spaces
• Clean tables, benches, and surrounding areas
• Clean desks, cabinets, service windows, and entry doors
• Clean, scrub, and disinfect toilets, urinals, basins, and showers
• Wipe and sanitize stalls, partitions, mirrors, and shower curtains
• Perform any other duties as assigned by HBM management

• Successful completion of an HBM prescreen check
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred; training will be provided if needed
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Must perform basic manual labor: clean common areas, lift, push, pull, carry 30‑50 lbs, reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, stair and ladder climbing, and stand throughout shifts
