- Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and productivity;
Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry);
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units and repair/replacement of general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry);
Clean and maintain outside landscape and manage trash;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor and adhere to safety programs
