Operate and maintain hotel equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, electric motors, water softeners, electric generators, and hot water generators;
Perform troubleshooting and repairs to diagnose and address equipment issues;
Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliable performance;
Document maintenance activities and flag issues requiring further attention
