Groundskeeper : Kauai Coast Resort Boy

As a Groundskeeper, you will help make dream vacations by providing quality results for guests and using the highest standards to maintain resort grounds. You support general resort operations by ensuring the general upkeep of grounds and landscaping at all times.

• Assist the Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash.
• Maintain clean conditions in the refuse area.
• Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garage and walkways free of litter.
• Ensure site beauty and safety by reporting faulty items requiring repair and maintenance.
• Monitor water/sprinkler systems throughout the resort, keeping them at peak efficiency and in good repair.
• Ensure safety compliance with respect to resort grounds.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape and general grounds.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• A professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.

Generally starting at $21.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
