Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Follows procedures to access materials and track inventory used;
Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests;
Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities and performs general cleaning and painting as needed
