Maintain the hotels equipment and systems including life-safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, kitchen, and laundry equipment;
Log and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure prompt resolution;
Communicate regularly with the Assistant General Manager or General Manager about building conditions;
Supervise external contractors engaged by the hotel for maintenance work;
Ensure compliance with company policies and life-safety guidelines
