Clubhouse Maintenance Technician

Landscapes Golf Management and Contentment Golf Club are seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and appearance of our clubhouse facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a premier golf environment, supporting both the aesthetic appeal and functional integrity of our clubhouse.

Job Summary

Complete or coordinate all clubhouse repairs and general preventive maintenance.

Essential Job Functions

Perform minor repairs, including light bulb changes, plumbing, minor electrical and HVAC repairs, painting, and other preventive maintenance.

Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.

Ensure that all building maintenance, repair and cleaning activities are identified, scheduled and completed timely.

Ensure that all trash is properly removed from the clubhouse and its premises.

Respond to emergencies at any time.

Collect maintenance and work orders from department heads for approval by the General Manager.

Maintain inventory of cleaning, maintenance, repair and related supplies.

Assist with preparation of special functions, parties, tournaments, etc., by setting up tables and chairs, installing decorations and constructing display pieces.

Assist with housekeeping as necessary including cleaning toilets, sinks and floors, vacuuming, dusting windows, doors and shelves, replacing toilet paper and paper towels, laundering and folding linens and towels.

Maintain all current building and safety codes and comply with all safety regulations.

Attend and actively participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings.

Demonstrate a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.

Perform additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.

Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Mechanical aptitude and safety conscious.

Education and Experience

High school education required, college degree preferred.

1 year of building maintenance experience.

Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
