Hours:

Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Weekend availability is required. Full‑time roles target at least 5 days per week, 40 hours per week.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and reliable Move & Pack Lead/Driver to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading moving teams and managing warehouse operations to deliver a seamless, high‑quality storage experience for our customers.

• Lead and drive a team of 2–3 associates to complete daily moving and storage jobs, ensuring safe moving, packing, loading, and transportation of items while delivering exceptional customer service as the face of Clutter.
• Manage the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse, utilizing mobile technology to accurately scan, categorize, and inventory customer items.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies by performing frequent quality audits and maintaining a high level of work quality in both the warehouse and customer residences.

• At least 21 years of age with a valid Class A, B, or C driver’s license and the ability to pass a required physical exam.
• Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• Proven ability to track and manage logistics data using smartphone software and mobile applications.
• Previous experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, general labor or customer service environments.

• Overtime pay 1.5x hourly when required.
