WSH Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for a 140-unit affordable housing community in Hayward, CA. You will perform upkeep, grounds keeping, turnovers, PM, and vendor coordination to maintain safety and appearance.
Responsibilities include inspections, resident service requests, turnover support, records, and on-call emergency coverage. Full-time, 40 hours/week with benefits and holidays. Must meet safety/compliance standards and possess a valid driver’s license.
