Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks, adhering to company policies, and working independently while providing leadership to the maintenance team. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our custom industrial machinery and equipment.

• Serve as team lead for maintenance operations, administering the CMMS, maintaining spare parts inventory, and managing escalations.
• Provide supervisory oversight of the maintenance team, including setting schedules, approving timecards, and coordinating cross‑team efforts.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on custom machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Follow all company policies and safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Perform maintenance tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and effective time management.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on electrical components and pneumatics.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility operations and improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role (evaluated individually).
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnosis and repair.
• Proficient with Windows‑based computer systems, including troubleshooting and configuration.
• Programming and CMMS familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.

$40–45 per hour (base salary only; dependent on experience and location).
