Maintenance Technician

WSH Management, a renowned leader in senior living community management throughout California, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician-Porter to join our facilities and maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our properties provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. The Maintenance Technician-Porter will perform routine maintenance tasks, support the upkeep of our properties, and contribute to a range of repair projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property, including plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Regularly inspect properties to identify issues and necessary repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in the maintenance of grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning.
• Coordinate with management and other technical staff to facilitate efficient repair and maintenance operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools necessary for daily operations.
