Description

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor
- Sports book is to oversee the daily operation of the Sports book, to include oversight of data and wagering systems, odds board, TV’s and overall Sports book area. Provides exceptional guest service to all Sports book guests, including successfully managing guest issues/concerns. As a knowledgeable person on sports wagering, they educate guests on all sports wagering options. At the end of each shift, the Supervisor
- Sports book will be responsible for reconciling the assigned cash drawers. Supervisor
- Sports book are unable to void any of their own transactions. Perform all duties relating to Title 31/AML compliance in front of house. Facilitate the placing of wagers by guests in a customer service friendly atmosphere. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures within the Sports book Department.

• Directly supervises the Ticket Writer
  - Sports book.
• Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the company service standards at all times.
• Assist in implementing departmental policies and procedures.
• Assist in obtaining, inputting, maintaining, and recording all transactions as specified by Sports book audit and IGB regulations, including but not limited to Cash Balance Sheets, MTLs, CTRC-Ns.
• Review various Sports book reports for accuracy.
