In this role, you will support Mi-Jack Products, Inc. Established in 1954, Mi-Jack Products is recognized as an industry leader and innovator in Travelift and Translift Rubber Tired Gantry crane manufacturing, sales, service, and support.

- With supervision completes Warehousing, Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, Product Identification and traceability, and proper material handling and storage tasks.
- Completes inventory transactions such as transfers, issues, receipts on PC and barcode scanner.
- With supervision, assists with Inventory Cycle Count Program.
- Complies with safety and hazardous material handling regulations, and requirements for Hazardous Waste Management.
- Participates in the plant safety program.
- Maintains all aspects of workplace organization with goal of providing safe and suitable work environment for Mi-Jack employees.
- Performs other job tasks as requested.
- Keep work area clean and dispose of any waste as it is created.

- Provides assistance to other departments, as needed.
- May be required to participate in Small Group Improvement Activity Teams and daily Team Meetings.
- Required to initiate Engineering Change Requests to improve quality, reduce cycle times and/or to correct nonconformities.
- Complies with Quality Management System requirements in accordance with ISO
9001. - Required to identify opportunities for improvements and submit continuous improvement ideas.
- Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries;
Assist in delivering required training to ensure that all coworkers have the necessary skills to perform their jobs properly and safely. - Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals (internal & external).
- Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Company wide policies to eliminate and/or reduce exposure to liability.
- Special projects or work as assigned.
