Memory Care LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse
Full‑time shift: 11 pm – 7 am. Requires memory care experience.
Position SummaryThe LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse is a primary support provider to residents in the Assisted Living Program. Responsibilities include assessments and care planning, medication and treatment management, implementation and evaluation of care plans, documentation of nursing services, and enabling residents to lead high-quality lives while maintaining dignity. The role embraces teamwork and collaboration among staff and requires patience and a friendly smile.
