National Youth Advocate Program seeks a full-time Foster Care Treatment Coordinator in our Homewood, IL office. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to advocate for youth and families, coordinating services across mental health, education, medical, and social supports, and ensuring plans meet outcomes.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, CWEL preferred, and at least 2 years of direct service experience. A flexible schedule and on-call rotation are expected.
