Contract Services Group is looking for an energetic, reliable, and highly motivated Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate has professional window-cleaning experience, is comfortable working at heights, and takes pride in providing high-quality cleaning services.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour

• Clean Home windows, both interior and exterior.
• Clean glass and windows using proper techniques, equipment, and cleaning products.
• Use ladders, extension ladders, tucker poles, squeegees, and other window-cleaning equipment.
• Perform window cleaning at ground level and at elevated heights.
• Pressure wash windows and surrounding areas as required.
• Safely operate and maintain window-cleaning and janitorial equipment.
• Attend mandatory safety meetings and follow all company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Perform other cleaning and day porter duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of professional window-cleaning experience required.
• Experience using ladders, extension ladders, tucker poles, squeegees, and pressure-washing equipment.
• Ability to safely work at heights.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, janitorial tools, and equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays may be required.

The employee must be able to perform the physical requirements necessary to successfully complete the job, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, bend, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely.
• Ability to work on ladders and at elevated heights.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment safely.
