Site Lead
The Site Lead is a working supervisor role. Supervises a mall maintenance staff to execute the service delivery of preventative, corrective, and general maintenance and special projects at the location in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include the following, (other duties may be assigned):
- Performs hands-on maintenance
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in mall maintenance
- Performs tasks including but not limited to: event setup, painting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, general clean up and floor repair
- Maintains accurate and timely records and other paperwork
- Communicates and interacts with mall tenants and vendors
- Adheres to all safety and health standards.
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates regular, predictable attendance at the job site or location

Education/ExperiencePrior maintenance experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Computer SkillsBasic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Web, and other computer knowledge.
Language AbilityAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively speak and understand English.
Math AbilityAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in liquid units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems related to the job. Ability to follow both written and oral instructions from managers and supervisors. Must be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools assigned. Must be able to operate mechanical equipment, once trained, and detect equipment malfunctions.
