Part-Time Maintenance Associate
Location:
Helena, AL – On-site |
Schedule:
Part-Time, 24 Hours/Week
- Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lighting issues, leaks, or anything out of the ordinary.
- Assist customers who visit the store, rent a unit, process payments, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Repair minor issues such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple painting or patching as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the property including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
- Respond to administrative tasks and help improve property performance.
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working.
- Uphold a safe, well-maintained environment for customers and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver''s License and reliable transportation
