Accessible Space, Inc seeks a full‑time Property Site Representative to perform general upkeep at our building in Helena, MT.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Perform minor building maintenance, cleaning common areas, and apartment turnovers.
- Maintain supplies and inventory of janitorial materials.
- Complete move‑out inspections.
- Show vacant units to prospective residents.
- Communicate management topics with residents.
- Minimum of two years of successful experience in property management.
- Demonstrated basic mechanical skills.
- Ability to perform routine building and grounds maintenance.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision.
