Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and handy individual to join our team part‑time to help keep our property running smoothly and looking its best.

As a Part‑Time Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for general upkeep, minor repairs, and routine maintenance tasks across the hotel property. This role is perfect for a self‑motivated individual who enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving and takes pride in a job well done.

• Perform routine property walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Handle basic repairs including minor plumbing, electrical (changing light fixtures/bulbs), drywall patching, and painting.
• Maintain and service guest rooms (HVAC unit cleaning, fixing furniture, adjusting doors, etc.).
• Assist with upkeep of common areas, exterior grounds, and facility equipment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and tool inventory.

• Previous experience in general maintenance, handiwork, or apartment/hotel upkeep is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or climb ladders for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a shifting part‑time schedule.
