Custodian

Carroll College is seeking a full-time Custodian. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, ambitious, reliable, and detail oriented. This person will perform cleaning tasks on campus. This position is also considered a general maintenance worker and is required to assist in performing preventive maintenance on non-electrical equipment and building infrastructures and assist in snow removal, moving of miscellaneous items on campus and assists other craftsmen in all phases of maintenance.

A $500 Retention Bonus will be given after the employee successfully completes 6 months of employment in the Facilities department. A second $500 Retention Bonus will be given after the employee successfully completes one full year of employment in the Facilities department.

Successful candidate must have High School diploma or equivalent GED and some experience in custodial work.
