Overview

Full-time janitor, also known as a cleaner or custodian, is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities such as schools, hospitals, offices, and public spaces.

• Cleaning Tasks:
  Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping floors, and cleaning surfaces with disinfectants.
• Trash Management:
  Emptying trash cans and recycling bins.
• Restroom Maintenance:
  Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Minor Repairs:
  Performing minor repairs like changing light bulbs and unclogging toilets.
• Outdoor Maintenance:
  Maintaining outdoor grounds including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and removing snow or debris.
• Inventory Management:
  Keeping track of cleaning supplies and placing orders when needed.
• Safety:
  Notifying supervisors of any unsafe conditions and following safety protocols.

• Education:
  
  A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred but not always required.
• Experience:
  
  Preference for candidates with previous cleaning or maintenance experience.
• Physical Stamina:
