MAINTENANCE ENGINEER I - R&M

Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Our Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Maintenance Technician to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. This role involves working with the property team to deliver guest experiences and uphold investor expectations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Painting of guestrooms, public spaces and work areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs
• Use Quore App to complete checklists, work orders and preventive maintenance requirements
• Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly PM program in accordance with the organization s standards
• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper regarding housekeeping issues
• Perform other duties as assigned and within the employee s capabilities
• Address all maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with appearance standards
• Flexible work schedule and excellent guest service skills are required

Education and Experience:

• 2 years of experience with a commercial property
• Hotel or multi-family unit housing maintenance experience highly preferred
