Maintenance Mechanic

Position: Maintenance Mechanic I

Location: Henderson, KY

Wage: $29.68 - $43.74 (depending on experience)

Shift: Must be okay with both 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust production equipment as needed
• Perform mandatory mandatory mandatory not mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory not
• Provide preventive maintenance to plant equipment
• Rebuild presses and support components
• Evaluate and maintain hand tools for condition and compliance
• Work with mechanical drawings and understand motors, controls, and PLC basics
• Use hand, power, and shop tools safely
• Continuously improve skills following the maintenance training matrix
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors; receive instructions and give feedback
• Cooperate with teammates as part of a self‑directed maintenance crew
• Work an average 40–48 hour week with overtime as required
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in the CMMS

• Accredited electromechanical associate degree or equivalent schooling/experience

• Mechanical, machinist, or electrical background required
• Ability to safely lift 10–50 lbs, often carrying up to 20 lbs
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, push, pull, and reach frequently
