Prysmian Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Kentucky plant. You will plan and implement preventative maintenance, supervise equipment installation and modifications, and coordinate with production to reduce downtime while maintaining safety.
We seek a BS/BA holder with 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance, 3–5 years of leadership, CMMS/ERP experience, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred. Strong budget oversight and vendor coordination are essential.
