A Day in the Life

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment, and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from clients who are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, tolerating heights in elevated areas, and exposure to dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre‑employment background & drug tests)
• Must be able to read and comprehend English

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery such as forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet‑jacks
• Receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Keeping work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
