Job Summary
We are seeking a self‑motivated, proactive forklift operator to support operations in the Henderson warehouse. The role reports to the Director, Warehouse and requires on‑site, full‑time work with occasional travel to events.

Insomniac produces some of the world’s most innovative music festivals and events. The company hosts 10,000 concerts, club nights, and festivals annually for seven million attendees across 13 countries. Its flagship event, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, is the largest dance music festival in the world.
The Role
- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned locations
- Load materials into outgoing vehicles
- Pick pull sheets and prepare items for shipment
- Locate and organize inventory on pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Support inter‑departmental requests
- Recruit, train, and onboard team members and partner teams
- Complete other special projects or tasks as assigned
- Travel to events may be required (economy)
Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management and data tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities
- High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
- Familiarity with data confidentiality and security practices
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and database management
Work Environment
- Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
- May work in extreme temperature climates
- Must be willing to work and travel during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required

Hourly Pay Rate Range
$18.00–$20.00 USD
