• Clean and maintain resident suites and common areas with efficiency and care.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Launder and refresh resident linens and towels.
• Ensure all assigned areas are inspected and meet cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to management.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard‑free environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills—able to interact with residents and coworkers professionally.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and health regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health‑related requirements.
