Schedule:
Saturday: 10:45pm to 6:30am
Sunday: 10:45pm to 6:30am

, is looking for a Janitor/Night Watch to join our team!
At Brightwater, we understand the importance of a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. As our Janitor/Night Watch
, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining security, cleanliness, and peace of mind for our community overnight.
- Conduct nightly security rounds to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and property.
- Monitor and inspect work areas, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Assist with safety inspections, helping maintain compliance with community policies.
- Respond to after‑hours concerns, assisting residents and staff as needed.
- Report potential safety issues to management and assist in implementing solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Dispose of garbage properly, keeping external receptacles organized.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks, logging work orders for needed repairs.
- Serve as Fire Watch, if required, ensuring emergency readiness.
- Ability to work independently & responsibly overnight.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Commitment to safety & security protocols.
- Customer service mindset, ensuring residents feel safe and supported.
- Meet state or provincial health & safety requirements.
