Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleaning of all ancillary and public areas of the hospital.

Shift: FULL TIME EVENINGS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: One (1) year general cleaning experience.

Technical

Skills:

Floor care or cleaning in a specialized area. Knowledge in Floor Stripping and Refinishing, Carpet Extracting, Tile and Grout cleaning. Knowledge in operating cleaning equipment that include but not limited to, Ride on-Walk behind auto scrubber, Ride on-Walk behind burnisher, auto scrubber/side by side, carpet extractor. Knowledge in proper chemical handling, SDS competencies.

Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
