Position

Forklift Operator – Henderson Warehouse (On‑site, full‑time, temporary)

We are looking for a highly motivated self‑starter who enjoys music and is proficient at forklift operations to support the Henderson warehouse operations.

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned locations.
• Load materials into outgoing vehicles.
• Pick pull sheets and prepare items for shipment.
• Locate and order stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Support inter‑departmental requests.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new members on the team and partner teams.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
• Travel to work events as required (economy).

• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project‑management tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skill.
• High level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in data entry and data‑management tools.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and database management.
• Familiarity with data confidentiality and security practices.
• Applicants in the U.S. must possess work authorization that does not require company sponsorship for a visa.

• Must tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
• May operate in extreme temperature climates.
• Frequent work and travel to events during holidays, evenings, and weekends to meet deadlines.

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 USD.
