Chapman Automotive Group is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership facility. In this role you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure our building remains safe, clean, and fully operational. Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional service departments, showrooms, offices, and common areas
- Complete painting, drywall repairs, and other general building maintenance projects
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues
- Maintain maintenance supplies, equipment, and work areas while following all safety procedures
- At least two years of facility maintenance, building maintenance, or general handyman experience required
- Must have commercial maintenance experience
- Experience performing light plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs required
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools, building systems, and repair techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
