Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building controls;
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs to ensure minimal downtime and safe operation;
Support upkeep of facilities and the off-site warehouse, including general maintenance, minor construction, painting, carpentry, and plumbing tasks;
Assist the Facilities Manager in managing and supporting operations at the off-site warehouse, ensuring facility readiness, safety, and maintenance needs are addressed;
Help coordinate outside contractors and service providers (e.g. landscaping, snow removal, janitorial, construction)
