Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

However, maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Sweep and maintain a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies and place orders to replenish supplies when low.
• Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment while following company procedures and guidelines.

• Secure a safe and clean facility for members and associates.
• Provide a positive first and last impression to customers.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
