Facility Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
The typical day consists of reviewing assigned work orders in preparation for job review and completion, performing assigned preventive maintenance activities, responding to urgent or emergency facilities issues identified by M&O staff or Bio-Rad employees, and investigating discrepancies within the facilities. Work responsibilities will involve basic building maintenance activities, such as changing lights, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, troubleshooting basic plumbing and mechanical issues, patching and painting, and supporting other staff members.

- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Work Experience:
Must have general maintenance skills (i.e. use of hand tools, general repair of plumbing, lighting, patching and painting. Experience working in commercial buildings is desired. - Experience with CMMS work order management systems; AMMS is a plus.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Must be able to work with management and co-workers
- Good customer service skills
The estimated hourly range for this position is $27.40/hr to $37.74 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
