Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management;
Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash according to the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies as needed;
