• Issue supplies and tools from storeroom and maintain records of supplies issued and received.
• Receive and verify incoming materials.
• Issue and record on appropriate forms all tools and supplies drawn from storeroom.
• Clean, inspect, and tag tools for repairs as needed.
• Receive, verify, tag, and store incoming freight.
• Match receiving documents to company purchase order paperwork.
• Generate work orders using the computer system and perform inventory and equipment inquiries necessary to support maintenance personnel.
• Conduct inventory checks as required and investigate discrepancies between physical count and inventory records.
• Maintain storeroom in a neat and orderly fashion with special attention to correct locations of items.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Observes safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
• Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets Lamb Weston driving standards.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning ability: ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and speak or hear. The employee frequently climbs or balances. Occasionally must sit. Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.

Occasional work in outside weather conditions; frequent exposure to forklift traffic; noise level usually loud; exposure to moderately cold surroundings.
